General Overview		Commander Willis Lee is more of an instructor rather than an officer of the line, he is often selected to train troubled or inexperienced skippers. He is often called in when a young Captain needs an experienced set of hands and as such he never lasts in one place for too long as he and others like him are always in demand to assist with new Captains. That said. Commander Lee is a gentle and pragmatic soul who never raises his voice, citing that he has no need to reduce himself to vulgar behaviour or conduct he considers beneith him, he is always professional and holds himself to standards that most would consider unreasionable.
