General Overview		Daniel is a human-looking man with Vulcan features which he inherited from his mother. He shares his mother's disdain for Vulcan considering their treatment of her which she considers illogical and insulting. Her banishment from Vulcan does not affect her children but in Daniel's eyes it makes no real difference to him.
Strengths & Weaknesses		Strengths: Daniel is a man who is gentle, kind and thoughtful. He is also a monument to the art of war. Weaknesses: His presence can be intimidating. He knows this and he is making efforts to work on it.

Personal History		Daniel Antilles was born on April 10th, 2359 to his mother, T'Nel Antilles and John Antilles, his father while both were cadets at the academy. Needless to say, his childhood was an interesting one as many of the Vulcan's openly hated his father and they also disliked his mother because she refused to stop expressing her emotions. She was someone who thought that the key to life was emotion rather than logic, she decided she would blend the two together and needless to say. It caused major issues for all involved. Daniel would later welcome three other siblings as he would live with his parents who would do their very best to remain assigned together across their various assignments. His father was a Doctor and his mother was a Tactical Officer. Daniel would feel slighted as he came to realize that his mother was a victim of various forms of abuse, not from her spouse or family but from her own people due to her usage of emotions. Daniel and his siblings would grow to resent the interference from Vulcan in the life of his parents. But as time passed and Daniel grew older, he would watch his parents go off into battle many times, fighting against the Klingons during their short war in 2373. Then it was the Borg during the second Borg attack in late 2373 and finaly against the Cardassians, the Dominion and later the Breen during the war with the Dominion. Daniel saw the value of service and when the time came, he joined Starfleet as soon as he came of age. Joining as an Engineer, which was something that neither of his parents had done. It was around the same time that he met a woman named Kami. Their relationship was a slow and gradual thing, much as it had been for his parents. Daniel's relationship with Kami grew until the two were married by his third year but their first child didn't come along until after Daniel's assignment to the USS Shemsher. Kami and Daniel would go on to have three children of their own. Daniel's rise through the ranks was mediated by the fact that he prefered being out in the field rather than being assigned to Starbases, his mindset was much like his mothers. His spouse would remain enlisted so she could have the time and space needed to raise the children but eventually, she would need to be parted from her husband due to assignments and as she keeps the kids with her on the Starbase. She can raise them while their father is in the field. Daniel would finaly gain himself a command of a ship of the line in late 2393 and he would find himself homeported out of Starbase Vanguard, his wife and children would go with him.
