| Personal History | Leah Mya was born in Jalanda City, Bajor on September 6, 2350 with her mother Leah Mia, a Bajoran who was the commanding officer of the USS Snow who later took a leave of absence from her Command to raise her children on Bajor, and her father Ti'Vash who happens to be back on Vulcan as the Vulcan Senator. She also has an Identical Twin sister named Leah Katara. She never saw her father growing up because he was always busy and didn't have the time. She grew up more Bajoran then her Vulcan side so she showed emotion, her father disapproved but there was nothing he could do he would not leave Vulcan to help raise her. Her mother eventually when they were old enough to be more self-sufficient she went back to active command and was given the command of a Starbase. When they would get vacation time they would go back to Jalanda City, Bajor to spend time in the only place they ever called home. When she turned 15 years old she was set on going into Starfleet Academy and the Marine Corps to become an engineer. When she talked to her mother about it, she was proud that her daughter was following her own path rather than in her footsteps. So the day she turned 18 years old she packed her things and got on the next transport to Earth. She had graduated from the Academy with high honors and then was assigned to the USS Drake as an Engineer during the Dominion War. Her sister Leah Katara was one of the Marines over on the USS Gladiator. She saw things that she wished she hadn't, she saw good officers killed. After the war was over she went up the ranks quickly with her hard work and dedication. |
