Personal History		Dagmar Tomassen was born on the colony world of Greydowns, in 2353. She was a much loved and happy child alongside her two siblings and while her father was in starfleet and was gone most of the time. Their mother did the best she could with three children to look after. Everything changed after the battle of Wolf 359 where her father was killed. This only drove her anger as she wanted revenge for his death and while she was not quite prepared to go to any lengths, she did want revenge. She applied herself and went into several engineering programs once she graduated school, then she enlisted in Starfleet when she was twenty years old. The classes she took and her four associate degrees helped her when she was in Starfleet as it allowed her to climb the rank ladder a little faster then the usual as she was offered a warrant officers billet but she turned it down. She fought the Dominion war, first shot to last on the USS Saracen, she participated in some of the most brutal fights and she spent the better part of several months patrolling the Cardassian boarder along with other ships. She fought at Coridan and later at Chin'Toka. She finished her war service with the battle of Cardassia in which the Federation and their various allies ended the war in victory, she then spent the next several years with the Cardassian relief mission. It was here where she met her future husband after the Dominion War as he was a defector and had applied to join Starfleet, his case was approved and he made an effort while she was not interested. It took a while for him to get through to her that he was serious and that he was interested. After a year of getting to know each other the two started dating before she went over to the Twilight Falls. He was able to stick in a request and he followed her over. The two ended up getting married and several children came along before she went over to the USS Infinity, her husband and children came along but she quickly ran into the equivalent of a brick wall at ninety miles an hour when her Executive officer rejected her husbands assignment on the ship citing that he was a Cardassian spy, so Torvek went over to Starbase 12 with their children and while Dagmar tolerated this assignment, she made no bones about hating the Exec for his actions. He felt he had done nothing wrong which only angered her further. The matter came to a head about twenty months after these two met, it came to blows and in the end, she won because she had to break both his arms with a large crowbar that she carried with her. The Captain of the ship was forced to get involved but Dagmar demanded reassignment to "not have to deal with this racist throwback to Earth's Twentieth Century." Now the skipper had to know what had caused this so he was able to drag the story out of his exec and when he found it, he was displeased and he stuck a reprimand in his Exec's file. Dagmar's demand for reassignment remained and she was given what she wanted so off she went to the USS Comet, her husband remained on the Starbase with their children. She is making do with what she has which at times is not much.
