Mission: Mission 16: Hoist the Colours
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 2230Hrs, December 11th, 2390

"Well, ready," Teval asked his sibling.

"Sure, she replied, and took the shot, hitting her target with her rail rifle.

"Good shot," He watched through the scope of his rifle. The siblings had decided to unwind at the ships range, and Teval and Hakaya both agreed, that it had a way of calming nerves.

Meanwhile Wukari, ran into Rachael, saying," Oh, hi Rachael, so how is the Firebird doing."

"The Firebird is great.... that mission was so much fun..." The teenager smiled at the smaller being. "you make flight look like an art form but you killed Leadfoot, that long distance missile kill.. that was beautiful.." she grinned at the foxlike being. "The entire exercise was...great... I see why Phoenix and you guys love it..." she commented. "I had so much fun..."

Wukari nervously scratched the back of her head with her hand," Yeah Leadfoot was a challenge, I'm glad to have him in my Wing. But hey, for a cadet, you fly better than half the pilots on this ship."

"Thank you Wukari, that means a lot to me coming from you." Rachael smiled warmly at the other being, when suddenly she felt the world go sideways as she felt a tidal wave of pain wash over her before landing hard on her side, she looked up as a massive being stood over her as he brought his boot down on her arm, she felt the bones break with a loud wet snap as she shrieked in pain.

After that everything for her got funny as she cried, sh couldn't move as she tried to clear her mind and focus but she couldn't do it with the pain of several broken bones hammering away at her.

Wukari didn't have much time to react, she tried to retaliate with her claws, but one swing of the golf club to crush her hand, another hit struck Wukari on the knees, taking her to the ground. Another strike crushed her other hand, shattering bones. Gonad then hit Wukari in the Abdomen multiple times, she coughed up blood each time.

Teval and Hakaya, whom where in the nearby firing range, heard the scream and came running. Teval didn't have time to load his rifle with stun round's and he didn't carry any with him anyway. All he had was solid Slug ammunition. Teval rounded the corner and saw Gonad striking Wukari with the golf club. Gonad then brought the club above his head ready to bring the club down on Wukari's head. Teval reacted with pure instinct, raising his rifle, he fired twice, one round struck Gonad in the thigh, the other in the shoulder, and he went down in a heap. Teval rushed up to gonad, kicking the golf club away, he pointed his rifle at the head, saying," Make another move and your a dead man."

Hakaya, in the meantime, tapped her combadge, while going to check Rachael and Wukari saying, "Hakaya to sickbay, medical emergency, Five to beam to sickbay."

Siaxx nodded. "Copy that, Incoming wounded." she called to her medics but as the wounded appeared with Rachael screaming in pain and Wukari in a pool of blood. "Lets move!"

Siaxx looked at Windspirit. "Help me with Wukari." she commented. "Nalla and Fordring. tend to Rachael, anyone else who's available, tend to fat ass..." she commented. "lets get these wounded onto beds and go to work."

Windspirit rushed into action quickly, tricorder in hand, and announced, Broken Leg, Shattered hands, both of them, and severe internal abdominal bleeding, shit, her vitals are fading." Windsprit, then dropped the tricorder, and immediately went to work.

Siaxx watched as two medics moved Wukari to the nearest Biobed as she and Windspirit went to work. "Bloody hell.." Siaxx hissed. "I need this one in surgery stat!"

Teval in the meantime, kept his weapon ready in case gonad decided to do something stupid. He could smell the alcohol was strong on him.

Tienn Iteela nodded to her colleague and roommate, the Caitian known as Sokanon as the two began to treat the massive pilot, he fought and struggled against them. "ge... off..me..." and with that he left fly with a wing swing which caught Tienn across the side of the face as she went down.

Sokanon hissed angrily before the massive Gorn approached and simply slapped his massive claws down on he drunk pilots hands. "You are a worm....I will break you if you continue." Toshnarr growled in a threatening tone.

The pilot continued so Toshnarr growled as Sokanon leapt in and administer a potent sedative before turning to tend to the Bajoran woman who was only dazed while Toshnarr turned to Teval. "What happened Commander?"

Seeing that Gonad was safely subdued, Teval switched his weapon back to safe, and dropped the magazine. He then looked at Toshnarr, forgetting that his handgun, which was holstered on his side was still loaded, Teval simply explained," Well, I heard Rachael's scream, and me and Hakaya rushed to see what was going on, to find that drunkard over there, was attacking Rachael and Wukari with a golf club. He was about to bring the club down on Wukari's head when I opened fire on him. I'd imagine that if I had waited a second longer, Wukari would be dead now." Teval didn't notice as Torilla walked in, still a bit distracted himself.

Torilla came into sickbay, blood-lust in her eyes and tears streaming down her face as she moved silently towards Gonad, her intention was to terminate his life, she wanted to strangle him but she looked around for a weapon of some kind.

She noticed that Teval nearby and he had a sidearm which was unsecured, she extended her hand as his sidearm shot from its holster into her hand and so before anyone could stop her. she took aim as she emptied the magazine into Gonad's body, a loud scream escaping her lips as she did so.

Teval only just noticed the handgun leave his side, and he vainly groped at the air, even though the weapon was long gone. He and Hakaya, along with everyone else in sickbay, could only stare at Torilla whom was holding the empty weapon.

Siaxx couldn't believe what just happened as everything seemed to come to a halt. "Guys... back to work... focus.." she called loudly.

Torilla looked at Gonad as the three medics around him quickly pronounced him dead as Toshnarr waved to get the attention of his charges. "Ladies.. lets move this man to the morgue and call this one."

Torilla felt the weapon slid from here nerveless fingers as two security officers approached, Torilla for her part ignored then as she fell to her knees. "Commander... you can come peacefully or in pieces.... the choice is yours.."

Lieutenant John Sheridan gently grasped her arms as he helped haul Torilla Yamaguchi to her feet. "Easy Commander... easy." and with that he gently helped her out the door, with Moni Nasao covering them both with her phaser.
