Mission: Mission 69: Tienn's Fall from Grace
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 1300Hrs - March 18th 2392

Captain Second Grade Elizabeth Ashcroft regarded Captain Teval Vakar as she stood in silence. "So.. Let me get this right... She-" she indicated Tienn Nerra as she spoke. "-is in the brig because she was in a fistfight?" she inquired.

Lasky had gone back to the bridge, citing that someone needed to look after the ship and Master Chief Von Estling was present as well for this chat. "So... what happened?"

Teval could tell something seemed wrong with Lasky however he didn't comment on the matter, instead he turned his attention to Ashcroft.
"Actually technically two assaults and one fistfight. She attacked Senior Chief Petty Officer Kashi Ge'Tar and Lieutenant Fredricks with neither fighting back. She also went after my own sibling Hakaya, but she fought back and well, defeated Nerra."

Ashcroft nodded. "Duly noted Captain." she responded. "Now.. I should begin my investigation... Doubtless I have a lot of work to do in regards to this case." she paused. "I wish to interview Chief Kashi first please."

Teval nodded," Alright last I heard Ra'Vak gave him the rest of the day off, so he should be in his quarters."

"Thank you." she responded. "I'll go interview him then Ms Hakaya..." Ashcroft explained. "Then I will Interview Lieutenant Dean Fredericks." she turned to Teval. "By your leave Captain?"

When he gave it, in his usual manner with the protest about his rank and name, she was a slave to protocol and nothing could change this little fact or detail. Several minutes went by before Ashcroft went to find her new destination.

She reached her destination as she tapped on the door chime, she was here to interview Senior Chief Kashi regarding the Tienn case.

Kashi whom was sitting on the couch with his cat in his lap, answered.
"Enter."

The door opened and in walked Elizabeth Ashcroft. "Hello Senior Chief... is this a bad time?. I need to ask you a few questions about what happened."

"Ask away," Kashi replied.

Ashcroft nodded before she sat down nearby and she produced a PADD. "Tell me what happened...?" she inquired. "What you saw and the like?" she inquired as she was ready to jot down the information.

Kashi didn't have much to explain, taking less than two minutes to describe what happened then finished with. "I have nothing else really, other than that woman really deserves prosecution."

Ashcroft jotted down the notes before she nodded. "Well we'll be looking at various charges but its still too early to say.... I'll be in touch, thank you Senior Chief."

Kashi didn't say anything further instead turning his attention back to his computer.

Ashcroft departed and went to her next destination. "Computer, locate Lt Commander Vakar.." she explained, upon receiving the information she requested, she moved down the hallway to her next stop.

Upon finding her. "Hello... I'm looking for Lieutenant Commander Vakar... is she about?"

Hakaya was busy conversing with Ra'Vak, Azivu and Elivar when she heard her name being called, prompting her to respond," Yeah who is asking."

"Captain Second Grade Elizabeth Ashcroft. JAG... Do you have a few minutes to discuss your testimony?."

Hakaya gave Ashcroft an apprehensive look. "OK what do yo want to know."

"Just what happened for point of view regarding the Tienn case." Ashcroft responded, as she produced a PADD to take notes, just like she had with Kashi.

"She collided with Kashi, then attacked him for largely no reason, then came after me but didn't succeed," Hakaya answered. "Not really much more can be said about it."

Ashcroft nodded her head as she jotted down the notes. "What about her state of mind.... can you tell me about about what she was doing?, or how she was acting?"

Hakaya didn't feel like giving an elaborate answer. "Psychotic, enraged, unreasonable."

"Okay.." Ashcroft smiled. "Thanks Lt Commander... I think I have all I need."

Hakaya didn't say anything more to Ashcroft, instead she returned to Ra'vak, Azivu, and Elivar

Ashcroft knew her next and final stop which was sickbay, arriving there several minutes later she went over to the on duty nurse who was doing paperwork. "Hello.. I'm here to see a Second Lieutenant... Dean Fredericks.."

"Yes.. Oh Captain.. I was told to expect you... He's right this way.." and with that the Andorian Zhen led the way to where the Lieutenant was resting. "Dean... you feel up to a visitor?"

"Mmm... sure... send him or her in... Thanks Chief."

In came Elizabeth Ashcroft. "Hello Lieutenant. I'm Captain Elizabeth Ashcroft, starfleet JAG... Can I ask you a few questions?"

"Sure... If this is about Tienn.. that woman is fucking crazy.. she gets away with a lot of shit and is just insane... she's out of her mind."

Ashcroft was quick to start jotting down notes and the like, she asked a few more questions and she followed with the answers. No matter where they led. A short time later she was finished. "Rest easy Lieutenant.. I have everything I need from you at this time.."

"Make sure you get that fucking cow!" Fredricks responded.

"I do only what the law lets me Lieutenant... in the meantime rest easy... I have more to do.." and with that she departed from his room and moments later from sickbay as well.
