Ensign Elizabeth Yamaguchi approached the school where she knew her niece was presently located. She had tried replicating a cup of coffee and naturally her account was drained of all of her replicator rations. She knew she had another two weeks worth of rations to go before the end of the month. She found herself regarding Phoenix who had arrived at the same time. "Mornin' Colonel... you here because you can't have a cup of joe? No rations left?"

"Nope... Wanted to watch some porn an' I couldn' replicate a holomovie disk for it," Phoenix noted with a dry smile. "Yes. I need my coffee fix."

"Oh... I think I know who.." she turned her head as she noticed Saki nearby passing out candy bars, by the lot. It hoit Elizabeth with the force of a sledgehammer when she realized what was going on. "Oh Saki.... why didn't ya say somethin' girl..." Elizabeth's accent changed softly to something else, a cross between irish and scottish.

"You shoulda told told us this was goin' on," Phoenix noted with sympathy.

Both women were treated to a sight. One of the school bullies crashed into Saki from behind, knocking her over before he began stealing all of her chocolate bars. Elizabeth growled as she kicked the glass door open with such force that two sets of glass shattered with a loud bang, startling the one bully who looked up.

Elizabeth advanced on him. "Come here you little shit.!" she hissed loudly before she watched him turn and go to flee. "STOP." she shrieked as she let out a psionic pulse in all directions, for an adult it was the equivalent of a flash bang but its effect on children was disabling.

Phoenix had a surprisingly different reaction. She cooped Saki up in a protective huge. Away from the bullies.

"You alright?" Phoenix asked the girl.

Saki nodded her head, it was a jerky motion. "My chocolate..." she whimpered as she watched Elizabeth deal with the bully. "Those do NOT belong to you little man.... if I ever see you harm my niece again... well... it would be best if you avoided me... now hand over what you took..."

The boy whimpered as he handed her a dozen or so bars of Dairy Milk chocolate. "All of it.... I know you're lying to me..."

"But.. but..."

"Let me put it this way.... turn it all over.. including the ones you stashed elsewhere... or I start breaking things..."

The boy finished giving over the dozen bars he had hidden. "Can I go now...?"

"You lay eyes on my niece again... I will be back... and I will come for you..." as she gathered all of the bars, the kid proceeded to kick at Elizabeth who without looking caught his foot with her hand. "Now...you're coming with me..." she snarled.

A small, child-like scream sounded from the far left corner as little auburn-haired Sarah Cullen was punched in the face. So hard her glasses broke.

"You in control, Ensign?" Phoenix asked to Elizabeth, barely controlled herself.

"I got this.." Elizabeth responded. "Back me up... keep the teachers off me." as she strode over as Saki shot past her aunt, she dove onto one of the bullies.

Saki grabbed him by the back of his head as she smashed his head into the deck a few times while she swept the feet out from the second before she brought the back of her heel down on his nose, causing blood to sprout forth.

The other two jumped on Saki as one of them suddenly went flying with a loud scream as Elizabeth grabbed the second one as she held him in midair. "Silence... you little brat!" Elizabeth snarled loudly which only terrified the child even more, before she massive woman growled loudly at the young child. "Stop beating on girls.... is that how you get your kicks... well I got one for you, the next time you so much as look at these two funny, I will deal with you, do you understand.... DO YOU UNDERSTAND!" she roared.

"Y-y-yes!" the boy got out, now scared completely out of his mind.

Saki went over to Sarah. "Hey..."

"I'm fine," Sarah lied as she wiped her bloody nose and felt around the floor for her broken glasses.

The child found himself hanging in midair as he snarled at the massive woman whom he didn't know. "Letmego, letmego." he wailed.

"Stop kicking you little shit.." Elizabeth growled. "I want all of the chocolate... from the children you bullied or-Oooh" she felt a kick connect with her chest as she growled before she threw him, he landed and promptly ran full pelt into a bulkhead, knocking himself out.

Elizabeth went over as she liberated another sixteen chocolate bars. "You are a criminal... you little bastard.." and with that she went over to the two girls. "Hey... you're Sarah right.."

"I'm fine," Sarah lied with a silent cry. She still could not find her glasses, no matter how much she palmed around.

"Easy.. let me check you over.... " as she gently soothed the older girls frazzled nerves. "I'm Saki's aunt... and as long as I'm here, nobody will lay a hand on you ever again.. "

"I can't find my glasses," Sarah finally cried aloud.

"Your glasses were smashed." Elizabeth commented softly. "Its okay, I'll get you a new set."

Phoenix had used her metal fist to pin the teacher to the wall, but it was too late. Security came rolling in along with some medics and Torilla.

"Put the lady down, Colonel." Gyce was barely calm as she said this.

"You sure?" Phoenix asked as she turned to Torilla. "This piece of shit let your granddaughter get beat up an' did nothin' ta stop it."

Torilla looked between Gyce and Phoenix. "Easy Phoenix." she said softly as she glared darkly at the teacher. "Explain yourself... Now!" she growled then barked the last.

"It's hard for me t-t-t-to judge who h-h-hit who first," the teacher whimpered. "I put both in time out when they f-f-fight."

Torilla's rage seemed to boil over as her eyes blazed like molten fire.
"You just don't want to be the bad guy.." she sighed. "I'm going to have a chat with those two's parents about the future of their education, after that...after that... well.. we'll see."

Saki gently comforted her friend. "Its okay Sarah..." she regarded her aunt who was kneeling next to the two, while she was checking the child over. "Well Sarah, you're gonna be alright... minus the issues.. I want you two in sickbay so I can get things sorted out." she turned her head. "El Tee... Need a moment!" she called Gyce over.

"Yeah," Gyce agreed and signaled Sherridan to watch Phoenix carefully as she walked over to Elizabeth. "What can I do for you?"

"I need these two in sickbay." the massive woman indicated Saki and her friend. "Also I will need to contact Sarah's father on Tranquility." she sighed. "Also.... I found these.." she showed Gyce all of the chocolate bars that she had recovered. "Saki and Sarah were dishing them out... trying to buy friendship."

Saki meanwhile had moved over to one of the downed students as she was clearly considering something while she smiled, it was the first real smile one had seen on her in weeks.

"Want me to put the bitch down now, Commander?" Phoenix asked Torilla.

Torilla regarded the teacher. "Sure... put her out of my misery." Torilla responded with a snide grin. "Make her beg-" they were interrupted by a loud cry of pain as one young kid had appeared and had hit Elizabeth with something.

Saki blinked as she watched her aunt go down, she then jumped on the kid as she knocked him over, she then jumped on him as she quickly wrapped her hands around his throat. "I have had,... enough... of being picked on.... you wanna piece of me....I'll give you the entire pie!" Saki screeched at the top of her lungs as she strangled the boy.

Elizabeth rolled onto her back. "Shit... beaten up by a punk assed brat.. Whats wrong with the kids on this ship.... ?" as she sat up. "Saki.... SAKI!" she reached in and with some force, she made her niece let the boy go as he coughed and retched.

"Fu..." he muttered. "Fuck me kid...I'm never going near you agai-" was as far as he got before Saki hauled off and she booted him one, terminating the conversation as the boy screamed in pain.

Torilla finally caught up to her granddaughter. "Alright, thats enough out of you young lady..." she said quietly as she reached down and picked Saki up in her arms. "Why don't you come over here with your friend..." she paused. "Okay guys, lets clean this place up and kick these kids out of here..." she paused as she went over to Gyce. "Can you separate the good guys from the shitbags?"

"I'm going to let my partner cypher that," Gyce admitted and motioned to Sheridan. "I can't touch this objectively since one of the victims is in my care. But I will interview some of the kids."

"We're going skiing. I'm going to round up anyone who wants to go planetside to help me watch these kids..."

"I don't deserve to go.." Saki muttered softly. "Not after today..."

"We will discuss the matter. With Gyce here... and your mother.... I will abide by their wishes.." Torilla responded. "Gyce?" she inquired a moment later.

Gyce got down on Saki's level and took a handkerchief out to wipe some of the blood off Saki. "You stood up for your friend. So for that, I'm proud of you. So it's your choice if you want to go or not."

Saki regarded Sarah. "No... I'll stay with her... Besides.. I can't go, I have been bad.."

Elizabeth gently soothed her niece. "No you weren't sweetie...you simply did what you had to do.." she paused as she looked at Gyce. "I'd like to press charges against these two, that one kicked me and that one." she indicated the downed kid who ran. "that one.." before she indicated the other one. "He hit me with a baseball bat.."

Saki gently helped Sarah to her feet. "Come on...lets follow aunt Elizabeth to sickbay."

"I need new glasses," Sarah whimpered as she let Saki lead her.

Gyce waited until the kids were gone before she looked to Torilla with anger in her eyes. "I don't know that I can deal in this case objectively, Ma'am... Reasons are pretty clear why."

Torilla gently touched the other womans shoulder. "I won't ask you to look after this case." she turned. "Lieutenant Sheridan?"

Sheridan came over. "Sir?"

"Could you look after this case?"

"Yessir, I'd be happy to." he smiled. "I will... deal with this matter... you two go on.." he paused. "Take Saki and Sarah home... Would you mind getting their statements?" he asked Gyce. "That way... I don't need to pester you for details... " he responded. "I'll have the preamble on your desk the day after tomorrow and my formal report on this in four days time." he paused. "I'd like to borrow some of your gear so I can interview the other children, if you don't mind?"

Gyce pulled out what looked like a digipen from her messenger bag. It was, actually, but it was also one of Gyce's spy tools. With an embedded K-3 indicator and voice recorder.

"This is a spare. Tape the top twice turn it on," Gyce told him quickly as she eyed the door Saki and Sarah left with Beth at. "If we split the initial questioning load we should be done before lunch."

The door opened as a large, portly male walked through the door. "What on Earth is going on here!" he demanded. "Who canceled school!"

Torilla growled. "I did, old man... you got a problem with that?"

"That crazy kid picked a fight again.... well I'm going to have her expelled-" that was as far as he got before Torilla went over to him as she picked him up by his shirtfront. "I recommend you stop talking.... or I am going to make you suffer for what you allowed to happen in this... dismal failure of a school."

"How Dare you... I will see to it that the Admiral punishes you for your disrespect."

"No night play for you tonight, Torilla," Phoenix teased her friend.

Yamaguchi smiled as did most of the people in earshot. Sheridan came over. "Alright Mr Nemzeki. That will be quite enough thank you.... I recommend you depart.... while you still can."

The older man regarded Sheridan with a dark look. "You are all out of control... I will see to it that the Admiral takes your... commissions. yes.."

Yamaguchi sighed. "Tell me more.... about the Admiral... or the skipper punishing me? I'd like to know how he... or she plans on doing that...?"

"Kinky sex, if it's the skipper," Phoenix snickered.

Yamaguchi smiled. "Yes." she responded bluntly. "I want to see all the teachers in the observation lounge in two hours. I want time to look over this school... I will select one of your staff to assist me at random. I've been hearing a lot of complaints from various chil-"

"From Psycho kid. I mean really. that kid should be in a-"

Yamaguchi growled as she glared at him. "Take care... that is my granddaughter you are talking about... So I recommend you close your mouth and stop talking... Besides... As long as your mouth is moving... your lying.."

Sheridan came over. "Okay. lets break this up.... Mister Nemzeki, you are coming with me.... over there, we need to discuss you're situation."

"Wait.. My situation... young man, I think you misunderstand..."

"No.. I don't misunderstand anything... Come along now."

Torilla mentally tuned the old man out as she turned to Phoenix. "I'm getting too old for this endless shit.." she paused. "Two kids heading to sickbay with Elizabeth, two more heading to the brig and I need to call their parents.... I still can't believe that one of them hit Elizabeth with a bat, were they trying to provoke her?"
