Mission: Mission 33: Losing the Peace
Location: Various Locations - USS Roanoke
Timeline: 0900Hrs - May 26th, 2391

"Takov, Takov, Wake up."

Takov lazily opened up one eye, and looked at Nuyari whom had a worried look on her face, " What is it."

"I cant find Teval or Hakaya."

Takov sat up and looked around the room. Savo and Seykai where bot still asleep in the room. Kiyuo and Yavi normally slept with Karryn and Aerin. Takov picked himself up out of bed, saying," Computer, Locate Teval Vakar."

"Teval Vakar is not on the ship."

Takov looked a little puzzled then asked, " Did he beam down to the planet."

"No, how about you look for him yourself."

Takov then remembered peeves and looked at Nuyari saying," Well with him in the system, we wont get anywhere."

He then gently nudged Seykai, whom said," I'm already awake, thank you."

Nuyari gave him a look," You sure are a light sleeper."

Seykai then got up out of bed himself, saying," Well, that's what happens when you have been through what I have been through."

Seykai then picked up his combadge and tapped it," Seykai to Teval."

He got no answer. He then tried again, "Seykai to Hakaya"

Also no answer.

Now annoyed, Seykai looked around the room, then he quickly noticed Both Hakaya's and teval's combadges sitting on the desk, prompting him to comment," Well, this explains a few things."

Wanting to be sure, Seykai went over to the neighboring room where, Aerina and Karryn slept. While over there, he found Kiyuo and and Yavi, both asleep, and Karryn rummaging around in the kitchen. "Hey karryn, Have you seen Teval and Hakaya lately."

Karryn shook her head, No I was on the dreamcrusher all night, I don't know where either of them are, or Aerin for that matter."

Seyaki gave a sigh of annoyance. "Yeah, the computer say's they are not on the ship, and I have both of their combadges, But with peeves running around, I cant trust the computer right now."

Karryn gave the matter some thought, then tapped her combadge," Karryn To Zarloo's, have you seen Teval or hakaya at all today."

The response from Zarloos was quick. "Negative... I've not seen them... I didn't think anything of it.."

"Thanks, well if you see them, let me know," Karryn added

Zarloos nodde =d his furry head. "Consider it done.."

Karryn then looked at Seykai saying," Well we might as well check with Torilla next then."

Both Karryn and Seykai then went to the bridge where Torilla was sitting, and Karryn asked," Hey, we cant figure out where Teval, Hakaya or Aerin are, did they report in today."

Torilla was sitting in the Captain's chair as she was almost meditating, with her eyes closed. "Mmm.." as she sat up and then tapped the display next to her which unfurled from the console. "I honestly have no idea... let me look." and with that she checked. "No... they didn't..." her lovely eyes darkened considerably. "No sign of them on the ship...?" it was a retorical question.

"Negative guys. not a peep from them." came the voice of Moni Nasao from the Security station behind and to the left of Torilla. "Well... this is new.."

Seyaki gave an annoyed comment, "Yeah, and thanks to Peeves, the computer is of no help either. But this may be something of an indication," He held out both Teval's and Hakaya's combadges."

Torilla growled. "Peeves..... Is this you, toying with us again?" She did not expect him to appear as he sighed. "Whenever I find the guy who made his program... I'm going to space him.." a sigh escaped her lips. "Alright, untill further notice, we treat this like its serious.."

Meanwhile, Norsvin Korr and Kukai Moski where out on CAP, searching for more romulans. Due to the events of last time, this time around they had two fighters escorting them. Froststorm's fighter and her wingman flew behind the flyer as it ran continuous scans of the area.

Norsvin, whom was bored out of his mind, commented," Looks like the romulans dont want to come around anymore after heir first beating, it sure is quiet now."

Kukai shook her head, saying, " Personally I would prefer it to be quiet, its much better that way."

Norsvin rolled his eyes," Yes, the silence is so enjoyable, its absolutely wonderful isnt it."

Kukai gave him a look," Yeah, now shut your gob so I can get my silence thank you."

Frosty checked her control panel again. Everything was normal and there was no sign of any Romulans. "Maybe I can take Toshnarr out for some food." She thought to herself. "He has been a little down lately."

After about an hour of doing noting but staring at the monitor, Norsvin then noticed something come up on the sensor console. "Hey, I think I got something here."

Kukai looked at the monitor, studying it. She found that she recognized the pattern and her face went white," Shit, thats a phase cloak. and right on top of us."

Suddenly the flyer lurched as a romulan ship decloaked in front of them and fired several torpedoes at the trio of small craft. Before any of them could aim, they where hit by the weapons, which immediately disabled all three fighters by completely draining their power.

Froststorm tried desperately to unlock the firing mechanism but her bird was dead. "What the fuck just happened?" she asked out loud.

Norsvin had just enough time to launch a distress beacon before he and the rest of the crew got beamed off their flyer.

Froststorm tried to manually eject to escape the Romulan ship but she wasn't fast enough and was beamed away.

On the main bridge of the USS Roanoke. "Sir... I'm getting a distress beacon from one of our patrols." Alyssa Mckinley explained.

Yamaguchi turned her head. "any specifics..?"

"No sir... just says Distress... I'm hailing the Flyer and the two fighters on patrol... nothing from any of the three.." Alyssa then initiated a scan, saying, "Shit, its a romulan ship, its got the fighters in a tractor beam."

"Helm. lay in an intercept course." Torilla responded. "Ops, advise Dreamcrusher of the situation." she paused. "Engage when ready"

Allysa then watched as the Romulan ship beamed in the fighters then cloaked and warped away," Too late, they're gone. Dreamcrusher is hailing us."

Yamaguchi growled. "The Romulans are going to pay for this..." she sighed. "Put Captain Zuko on the screen."

Zuko made his point quick," I take it you saw what we did, three of your fighters being taken by the romulans."

Yamaguchi nodded. "Indeed. We did.... Options folks...?" she asked everyone in range. "I want all the ideas you have on the table... I don't care how outrageous.."

Alyssa added some sombre news," I did a quick scan of the ship as they went into cloak. Its a phase cloak, it's going to be royally hard to pick them up, unless we figure out how to apply Transphasic technology to our sensors."

Zuko then added in," Well, Toronto and Avalon will be here in a day. Toronto has a powerful sensor system. Plus if memory serve's, phase cloaks are extremely power demanding, I don't think that ship will be able to go very fast with the cloak running."

"We can ask Ra'Vak to look into the matter." Yamaguchi responded. "Who's our Intelligence Chief these days..?" she inquired. "I've heard we had one or two or three of them... I can't keep up... call him for me please?"

Nasao tapped her display before tapping her combadge. "Commander Carter Freeman, report to the bridge please?"

"On my way!" Carter replied as he headed to the bridge.

Yamaguchi waited until Carter had arrived. "Commander. We have a situation, A Romulan warbird popped up, grabbed one of our Delta Flyer scouts and its attendant fighters and then disappeared.... I'd like to recover our people.. I wanna hear any ideas you might have... and... I'm not too concerned about the so called rules of engagement..."

"That will make things easier." Carter told Yamaguchi. "Right now we have a few prisoners. I will give another round of interrogations but I doubt they know anything. An operation like this would need Tal Shiar approval and they keep things to a need to know basis." Carter explained.

"We do have a list of ships and captains. I can crossreference the captains to see which ones are the more political reliant. I also want to get visuals from the ships in our last encounter. Also see the energy signatures should be examined. See if any ships had any unusual upgrades." Carter told her.

"If we can find out which ship they are on, we can find the ship's location." Carter stated.

Moni Nasao nodded her furry head as her ears rotated forward. "Yessir." and with that, she went to work.

Torilla Yamaguchi regarded the new officer whom she was just meeting now. "Alright. sounds good." she responded.

Lieutenant Nasao turned as she handed Carter a PADD. "The infomation you asked for sir."

"Thank you, Lieutenant. I will have my department go over it." Carter replied.

Torilla nodded her head as she brushed her hair back out of her face. "Thank you Commander."
