| Personal History | Born into House T'cho on Gk'oth in 2345 to parents serving in the KDF. At seventeen years old Karlassa went to the Durang military school where she studied to become a navigator. Later, despite almost drowning on Rure Penthe in the last phase, she passed the Officer's Admission test. Kralasha's first assignment was as a shuttle pilot aboard the IKS Gloth. Shortly after her promotion to Sogh hom, a Borg Cube appeared in Klingon space. The Gloth and many other KDF warships responded. The battle was horribly lop sided. Several Borg boarded the Gloth and Kralasha was involved in a few melees with them. The surviving crew were ordered to abandon ship before the Gloth was destroyed. Kralasha was reassigned to the IKS Korm, a D-10 Riskadh cruiser. It was shortly after that the Empire fell into civil war. The Korm was loyal to Gowron and survived several engagements. The Korm was boarded several times. Kralasha fought well and killed several other warriors in four different battles. During the civil war both of Kralasha's parents were killed in separate fights. House T'cho was now almost extinct. In 2368 Kralasha married Kronth, an engineer on another ship. Upon her marriage she entered her husband's house, Tanj. She became pregnant and would later give birth to her daughter Kiatara. The Klingons entered the Cardassian War. Kralasha was recalled to duty as the Second Navigator on the IKS Hurgh maS. In the ship's first engagement, the Chief Navigator was killed. Kralasha took his place and became Helmsman of the Hurgh maS. She acquitted herself well in the new role. In the crew's first encounter with a Dominion ship, the Hurgh maS takes a critical hit to the engines. It is decided to mothball the ship and transfer the crew to a new ship, a Vor'cha named the IKS Ya' Vang. Kralasha served as the Chief Navigator on the Ya' Vang for the rest of the war. She performed her job with honor. After the war, she again left the KDF to have a child. This time her son Rultok. It was only a few years later, in 2381, when she was called back to service to fight the Borg as an officer aboard the IKS B'oSo. Her husband, Kronth, was killed in the war. After the war, the B'oSo was assigned to patrol the Gorn border and had a few brief skirmishes with Gorn vessels. Kralasha was promoted to First officer of the IKS B'oSo in 2385. She was later assigned to the IKS Droth. In 2388 the B'oSo was assigned a new captain. He was from a rival house to that of Kralasha. He had her removed from the ship at Taam'r K-33 Facility. It was there that she learned that she would be given her own command. |
