General Overview		Eve Sterling is generally a happy woman, she has three children. Eve is also a very unusual woman in many regards, she is part Klingon yet she smiles easily and often. she is also very easy to get along with and very approachable.

Personal History		Eve Sterling was born out of a one night stand from a Klingon sleeping with her mother. As a result her father didn't know about her until much later, she and her mother had issues growing up because Gladiss was constantly reminded of her own screw-up so she decided to impress into her daughter about duty, honor and loyalty. Eve grew up on Vega colony as a generally happy child but all of that changed when she hit her 'teen' years, she turned into something of a rebel, rebelling against everything and everyone, her mother didn't like it but it drew the attention of the boys. Eve found herself on the receiving end of a fair amount of attention from the boys as her body matured and she went from gawky teenager to beautiful young woman. When she was old enough, she applied to join Starfleet like most people she knew, she was accepted and off she went to the academy. She went into Science and Steller Cartography as her majors and a minor in Operations, the minor really helped her sort out what she wanted with her majors and she graduated with honors. Unfortunately while she had been taking her shots, she got a bad batch simply because her human and Klingon sides sometimes clashed every now and again, she ended up becoming pregnant and a year into her first assignment Elizabeth was born. For a time it seemed that history was repeating itself and when her mother heard, she threw the book at Eve telling her she was on her own. Eve and Gladiss parted company, never to speak again for twenty years, long after her eldest had followed her mother into the academy, now Ensign Elizabeth Sterling was said to be doing really well on the USS Dreamcrusher, also she was dating so now Eve might soon become a grandmother the proper way. Eve's various assignments showed that she was more then just a pretty face with a half dozen commendations and medals, a couple for her work in stellar physics and astrophysics but the rest were for bravery and gallantry on the battlefield. While serving on the USS Challenger, she encountered a man she could happily call her mate, his name was David Yeager and the two dated for over two and a half years before he was promoted to become Exec on the USS Coral Sea, the two remained close as they didn't break off their relationship. She found herself pregnant with twins and the two were engaged to be married but unfortunately it was not to be as David Yeager was killed in battle against a Breen force. He was able to save the vast majority of his crew but he rammed the badly damaged stardrive section into the Breen Carrier, demolishing it and the shockwave killed the other three Breen Frigates, thus allowing the USS Constellations saucer section to escape. Eve mourns for her loss and the loss that her unborn children would never know their father, this was something she has struggled with and she seeks therapy for it, even today, almost ten years after the fact. Her promotions were on the slow side of things as most didn't know if she was capable but some simply hated her because of the Klingon in her. When they find out that she smiles a lot, it breaks their minds which causes Eve great amusement. Her most recent assignment to Watchman Station sees her wearing the red uniform for the first time and also she gained her own command, the Sabre class USS Belknap, she is very much planning on making her mark here. Alas, nothing lasts forever and this assignment to Watchman Station was the same as she was promoted to Captain and assigned to the USS Valhalla as their Chief Tactical actions Officer.
